Sitework

Water decides the grade.

A building pad that looks flat and a building pad that drains are not the same thing. Water that misses the inlet sits in the subgrade. The asphalt then fails from the bottom, and the general contractor pays for a dirt problem with a paving invoice.

Owens-Fisher keeps grade, drainage, utilities, curb, and asphalt on one scope list so those crews are working toward the same elevations. Large or small, the yard treats the job the same way: cost, time, and the budget on the plans.
